DocSlide includes a great feature which allows an organisation to gain a valuable insight into the content of jobs their employees are processing through DocSlide in order to prevent potential harm to the business.
Silent monitoring – The job is processed in the usual way but a PDF copy of the document with the flagged keywords highlighted is also sent to the administrator who can then decide if action should be taken.
Blocked – Any print or scan job that is found to contain flagged keywords is completely blocked from being processed. A PDF copy with the highlighted keywords is sent to the administrator for review and action, if required. The processor will also receive a message stating their job has been blocked.

DocSlide allows any file to be scanned, encrypted, saved to a selected folder and sent to the recipient.

We designed DocSlide to be administered via a web portal on any browser as well as easily integrate with LDAP and Active Directory to access user attributes such as email address and home folder details.
